On the right is a decent example from Alex that is at least thorough in identifying problems and presenting them in a visually interesting way.

The point about 'problem solving' is that there will almost certainly be examples of it scattered elsewhere throughout your FMP, but giving it its own tab will force you to be clear about identifying what YOU think are good examples to showcase your 'decisive demonstration of initiative' during the project...
